I had a slight issue with the thermometer after installation and the team was deployed within 24 hours to resolve the issue. Highly recommend Clearlight Saunas.

Always amazing support. The saunas we have (2 of the Sanctuary Yogas) have been used in a commercial setting for a few years. They've been great. We have had 2 minor issues (an interior light burnt out and one of the full spectrum panels quit working) and both times the technical support team had our issue addressed within a day and replacement parts sent at no charge. The saunas are great, and the fact that the support to back them up is just as good makes Clearlight an amazing company to work with.

Clearlight Sauna Customer Service is one of the best I have encountered. Every representative I spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the speakers going out, and they resolved that promptly.

Everything was GREAT! I was familiar with Clearlight as I used it at a local wellness facility. I did much research on the different brands Clearlight was my favorite due to the warranties and customer service which is the best. This sauna has a wood floor, not planks so after your session you wipe up the sweat. It’s not lingering under the planks. Go for this one. It’s worth it.
