What is the VIP list?
Everyone who signs up by 26 October sees the Black Friday prices before anyone else, and from 15 to 26 October gets an offer that is for VIPs only. From 27 October the Black Friday prices are open to everyone; your advisor applies every benefit straight to your quote.

Does the Red Light Tower fit my cabin?
Yes, every Clearlight® infrared sauna built from 2019. It mounts on the inside of the glass door and plugs into the socket in the sauna floor. For the Sanctuary Yoga and Sanctuary Corner an electrician must make the connection, because the total load exceeds 16 A.
Do the offers apply to commercial customers?
Yes. The Black Friday offers for private customers are open to commercial customers too. Choose "Commercial" in the form and our team will advise on your project.
What does the warranty cover and how long is the warranty?
When buying an infrared sauna it is important to understand why a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the entire sauna is important. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all of the parts and components of your sauna for manufacture defects for as long as you own it.
Almost every other infrared sauna is only covered under a 7-year warranty or less. If something goes wrong with your sauna in year 8 the manufacturer is not obligated to provide parts for saunas older than 7 years.
All Clearlight® Infrared Sauna® models installed for home use are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Your sauna is warranted to be free from manufacturer defects for as long as you own it.
Be sure to ask when researching infrared saunas if the company offers a True Limited Lifetime Warranty.
If you are using your sauna in a commercial environment, we offer a complete 5 year warranty.
What’s the EMF in this Clearlight® Infrared Sauna?
EMF and ELF are important to us. 10 years ago we started producing heaters with the lowest possible EMF levels. Over time we’ve pioneered other technologies in this field and we’re proud to say that the EMF (and ELF levels) are perhaps the lowest on the market. When measuring directly on the far infrared heater the highest EMF level we could measure was 1.5 mG, which is by far below the WHO threshold of concern (3 mG). When only moving a few cm away this level literally drops to 0.
Besides the invention of our True Wave® heater technology, we also use metal conduit wiring, run several grounding wires, and have designed the sauna in a way that the exposure to both EMF and ELF is the absolute minimum possible. When measuring on the two powerful Full Spectrum Infrared Heaters in the front, you will measure a maximum of up to 7-8mG. When moving away only 10cm the levels drop to 0. As EMF reduces with distance, where you are sitting there is no EMF measurable.
How is my Clearlight® Sauna shipped, and will it be delivered into my house?
Yes. On the UK mainland we deliver your sauna into your home and install it for you, at no extra cost.
Your new Clearlight® Infrared Sauna will generally arrive 4 – 7 days from the date it leaves our warehouse if the sauna is in stock. If it’s back ordered the waiting time can be up to 8 weeks.
Delivery and installation included
Every sauna delivered to the UK mainland (Zones 1 and 2, excluding remote areas) and to Scotland Zone 1 comes with premium delivery and professional installation. Our experienced technicians bring the sauna to the room you have chosen, install it there, take the packaging away and tidy up afterwards. Our team will contact you to agree a delivery and installation date, so your sauna will not arrive unexpectedly.
Before delivery
Our logistics partner will send you a short pre-installation survey to check that there is easy and safe access for the technicians and their equipment, and that the correct electrical outlet for your sauna is already in place where it will stand. If the survey shows significant access challenges, such as stair-only access or narrow entryways, we will quote any additional cost and you approve it before the installation is scheduled.

For remote locations we provide a custom quote for delivery and installation. Get in touch and our team will help.

Is the assembly and disassembly easy?
Assembly of your Clearlight® Infrared Sauna is quick and easy. It usually takes two people about one to three hours to assemble the sauna. No tools are required for the overall assembly except for standard screw driver for the door handle. An allen key is provided to fit the glass parts for the Sanctuary Saunas. Your Clearlight® Infrared Sauna is pre-wired and made with precision craftsmanship so it connects together with ease.
We build your Clearlight® Infrared Sauna in our factory and every sauna is built and tested to ensure it meets our strict quality control standards. We then disassemble it, box it up and ship it to you. This way we ensure you will receive your sauna in perfect condition.
You will also get a detailed printed manual with the sauna and our support team is happy to assist via phone, Skype, WhatsApp, email etc.
On the UK mainland you don’t have to assemble it yourself: professional installation is included with every sauna. For remote UK and Scottish locations we provide a custom quote for delivery and installation.
The saunas are also easy to disassemble.
Can I put my Infrared Sauna outside?
Our indoor sauna range cannot be placed outside for 2 reasons.
1. The heaters will not be able to reach the desired temperatures due to colder outside environments.
2. The indoor saunas are not designed to withstand exterior weather conditions, so any damage to the structure caused by weather factors will not be covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
