No rainchecks apply.

2. VIP Raffle

Every qualifying sauna cabin purchase made between 26 May and 3 June 2026 will automatically be entered into the VIP prize draw.

Prize: One of three (3) Red Light Towers.

Where a prize winner has already purchased a Red Light Tower within the same qualifying transaction, the value of that item will be refunded to the original payment method, where applicable.

Entry applies only to qualifying purchases made within the promotional period and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All pricing is displayed in GBP (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Clearlight Saunas UK reserves the right to correct pricing errors or omissions prior to order acceptance.

4. Delivery & Fulfilment Conditions

A 30-day delivery requirement applies from the date of purchase.

Customers are required to accept delivery within 30 days unless delay is caused by Clearlight or otherwise agreed in writing.

Where delays arise due to customer-requested changes, site access restrictions, or installation readiness, delivery timelines may be extended and promotional eligibility may no longer apply. In such cases, Clearlight Saunas UK will notify the customer prior to any adjustment.

Free delivery and installation (where applicable) applies to selected metropolitan areas only and may exclude regional, remote, or difficult-access locations.

Where delivery does not occur within 30 days due to customer-related delays, Clearlight Saunas UK reserves the right to withdraw promotional pricing and require payment of any difference between promotional and standard retail pricing prior to delivery, where permitted under the agreed terms of sale.

5. Payment & Order Validity

Orders must be fully paid or secured with an approved deposit within the promotional period to qualify for promotional pricing.

Orders are not confirmed until accepted by Clearlight Saunas UK. If not accepted within the promotional window, standard pricing may apply.

All promotional discounts, gifts, or inclusions are:

• Non-transferable
• Non-exchangeable
• Not redeemable for cash

6. General Exclusions & Limitations

Offers cannot be combined with any other promotion unless expressly stated.

All promotions are subject to stock availability.

Clearlight Saunas UK may amend, substitute, or withdraw promotional offers where necessary due to stock or supply constraints, without affecting confirmed orders where required by law.

7. Amendments & Availability

Clearlight Saunas UK reserves the right to:

• Amend, extend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time
• Correct pricing or typographical errors prior to order acceptance
• Substitute or discontinue offers due to stock or supply constraints
  

All actions will be subject to applicable UK consumer protection laws and will not affect consumers’ statutory rights.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be handled by Clearlight Saunas UK.

Decisions relating to eligibility, pricing, promotions, and fulfilment will be made reasonably and in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This includes your rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

The following terms apply to all purchases made as part of the Clearlight Saunas UK Warehouse Sale.

1. All Sales Are Final

2. Product Condition

Clearlight UK Warehouse Sale Items may include:

• Ex-display or demonstration units
• Refurbished or returned products
• Discontinued models
• Cosmetic seconds with minor marks, scratches, dents or blemishes

All items are sold “as is” and priced accordingly. Product details and condition will be clearly described at the time of sale. Known faults or defects (cosmetic or functional) will be disclosed in each individual product description prior to purchase.

3. Warranty

Clearance Stock Warranty

Warehouse sale items come with an amended limited warranty, which differs from our standard coverage:

• Warranty coverage will vary by item and will be stated clearly at the time of sale.
• Warranty coverage is reduced to 5 years (compared to our standard lifetime or extended warranties).
• Warranty coverage is limited to structural and functional components only.
• Any known or disclosed cosmetic issues (e.g., dents, scratches, marks) are excluded from warranty coverage.
• No further discounts, credits, or warranty claims will be accepted relating to issues disclosed at the time of purchase.

All statutory rights under Consumer Law remain unaffected.

4. Availability & Allocation

• Stock is strictly limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.
• Items will not be held or reserved in advance.

5. Pricing & Offers

• All pricing is final and reflects warehouse-level discounts.
• No additional discount codes, promotions, or offers apply unless expressly stated.
• Clearlight Saunas Australia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the Warehouse Sale at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Reasons may include (but are not limited to) stock unavailability, errors in advertising or pricing, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control. Where the promotion ends earlier than the advertised period, all valid purchases made prior to the withdrawal will be honoured.

6. Payment

• All items/services are sold on a first come, first served basis, determined strictly by the receipt of full payment. Mere expression of interest, inquiries, or placement of an order without completed payment does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of availability. Clearlight Saunas reserves the right to allocate inventory or service slots to the first party whose payment is received in full, regardless of the order in which inquiries or quotes were made.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• We accept credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment methods.

7. Shipping & Collection

• Standard delivery and installation to metro areas is included. For areas outside our metro delivery areas, we will provide a quote for additional freight costs.
• Alternatively, items may be collected from our warehouse by appointment.

During times of high sales volume Clearlight Saunas reserves the right to extended dispatch times.

8. Liability

• Clearlight Saunas is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of discounted warehouse items.
• Customers must ensure they have adequate space, ventilation & a level floor where the sauna will be placed.
• Customers must also ensure appropriate electrical supply is arranged prior to installation.

9. Changes & Cancellation

• Clearlight Saunas reserves the right to cancel or amend any listing or sale should an error be identified or stock becomes unavailable.
• If a sale is cancelled by us (Clearlight Saunas), a full refund will be issued.

10. Condition Acknowledgement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have:

• Reviewed the condition description and/or photos of the sauna.
• Accepted any known or disclosed defects.
• Agreed to the terms of sale and amended warranty coverage.

No further claims will be accepted related to pre-disclosed issues.
