Overall, we are extremely pleased with our Sanctuary 2-Person Sauna. The quality, fit and finish are exceptional, and it is clear that considerable attention has been paid to the design and construction. The sauna feels solid and very well built, with the woodwork in particular being beautifully finished.
It heats up quickly and efficiently, making it convenient to use whenever we wish. Overall, a high-quality product that has exceeded our expectations, and one we would happily recommend.
I love my Clearlight sauna! Bought it for medical reasons and I am not disappointed. From showing interest to actually owning the sauna, the UK team has been so helpful. I had a slight issue with the thermometer after installation and the team was deployed within 24 hours to resolve the issue. Highly recommend Clearlight Saunas.
love my sauna so much! Use it every day!
Great service with my sales rep too! responsive within 5mn of sending any enquiry
Figured out the minor issues quickly.
Best products! I have the halo therapy as well as vibrational resonance and the infrared tower!
Always amazing support. The saunas we have (2 of the Sanctuary Yogas) have been used in a commercial setting for a few years. They've been great. We have had 2 minor issues (an interior light burnt out and one of the full spectrum panels quit working) and both times the technical support team had our issue addressed within a day and replacement parts sent at no charge. The saunas are great, and the fact that the support to back them up is just as good makes Clearlight an amazing company to work with.
Clearlight Sauna Customer Service is one of the best I have encountered. Every representative I spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the speakers going out, and they resolved that promptly.
Customer service is always very responsive and supportive.
Perfect for purchase — exceptional customer service — well packaged / protected for shipment. Top notch business to work with!
This is an amazing product. Fantastic Sales rep who gave so much information that was needed, and organised. Placed this in our garage and it's perfect. My sister has the same in her walk in bedroom closet. Great addition to our living longer and better goal

I’ve owned my Clearlight infrared sauna since 2019, and I can confidently say it is the best on the market. As someone in the wellness industry, quality and performance are non-negotiable for me, and this sauna has exceeded expectations year after year.
The heat is consistent, powerful, and deeply therapeutic without feeling overwhelming. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the materials are high-quality, and it’s held up incredibly well with regular use in a professional setting.
Beyond the product itself, Clearlight’s customer service is outstanding. Any time I’ve had a question, they’ve been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product the way they do.
If you’re considering investing in an infrared sauna, Clearlight is absolutely worth it. This has been one of the best long-term wellness investments I’ve made, for myself and for my clients.

We recently purchased an infrared sauna and the entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. Danny Burlando was wonderful to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the purchasing process. The shipping and delivery correspondence was clear and professional, and customer service was great every step of the way. Most importantly, we absolutely love using the sauna. It’s become part of our routine, and we are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend!
Always First Class Service from their Customer Support team....always there to help....thank you ClearLight Team!!
All went well! Love the sauna & customer service is terrific! The only small problem at the moment is pairing my Bluetooth w iPhone. I'll figure it out! Overall great products!! Definitely recommend!
Everything was GREAT! I was familiar with Clearlight as I used it at a local wellness facility. I did much research on the different brands Clearlight was my favorite due to the warranties and customer service which is the best. This sauna has a wood floor, not planks so after your session you wipe up the sweat. It’s not lingering under the planks. Go for this one. It’s worth it.
I’ve used clear light Infrared Sauna’s at different locations with memberships, the last place I went to ended up closing, so I decided it was time to buy my own! I couldn’t be happier. Amy was my sales rep. She was absolutely wonderful. Made the process very easy when I received the sauna it was packed extremely well and super easy to put together. I’m very happy with my choice and have many friends now they want to do the same. I would highly recommend having a clear light Infrared Sauna for your health and well-being. It’s a game changer.
