Clearlight® Saunas UK Refer a Friend Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective: 04/08/25

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Clearlight® Refer a Friend Program ("Program") offered by Clearlight Saunas. By participating, both the Referrer and Referee agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • The Referrer must be an existing Clearlight Saunas UK Ltd customer with a sauna purchase recorded under their name and contact details in our system.

  • The Referee must be a new customer who has not previously purchased a Clearlight® Sauna.

  • Both the Referrer and Referee must reside in the United Kingdom, in a region where Clearlight® Saunas are officially sold.

  • Offer is available to residential customers only.

2. Offer Details

For the Referee:

  • The Referee will receive £300 off their Clearlight® Sauna purchase.

  • This discount can only be applied to infrared sauna purchases made through Clearlight Saunas UK Ltd, not accessories, red light products, or other services.

  • The Referee must name their Referrer at the time of purchase, and purchase through a Clearlight® Sauna Expert (Clearlight Saunas UK Ltd sales agent).

  • Offer cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases, transfers of ownership, or to saunas that are returned and repurchased.

  • This offer cannot be stacked with other offers. Eg. if a 15% offer applies, a further £300 discount cannot be applied.

For the Referrer:

  • The Referrer will receive a £300 cash reward, transferred via bank transfer, once the Referee’s 30-day return period has passed (30 days after delivery of the Referee's sauna). Find our Cancellations & Refund policy here.

  • The Referrer must ensure their customer records are up to date (including name and contact details) to facilitate payment.

  • The reward is limited to one £300 payout per sauna sold. Multiple referrals are permitted, with a separate reward for each successful referral.

3. Redemption Process

  • Referee must explicitly name their Referrer when purchasing via a Clearlight® sales agent or official purchase channel.

  • The sales agent must formalise the referral in writing.

  • If a Referrer is not named at the time of purchase, the reward cannot be applied.

  • Referral credits and rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with other referral promotions unless otherwise stated.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

  • Clearlight® reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any referral claim. Referral rewards may be withheld if fraud or misuse is suspected.

  • Referrers are prohibited from placing ads to promote their offer without explicit consent from Clearlight Saunas UK Ltd. Failure to abide by this may disqualify the referrer from all future rewards. 

  • Saunas that are transferred in ownership, or purchased under the Warehouse Sale, Second Life, or heavily discounted promotional offers, may be excluded from the program at the discretion of Clearlight Saunas UK Ltd.

  • This offer is not valid where prohibited by law and is subject to change or termination at any time at the discretion of Clearlight Saunas UK Ltd.

  • Clearlight Saunas UK Ltd. is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected reward payments due to inaccurate customer information.

  • Commercial Partners cannot participate in the refer-a-friend program. If you’re a Commercial Partner and would like to become an Affiliate, contact Craig Blatch: craig.blatch@infraredsauna.co.uk 

5. Privacy & Data

By participating in the Program, both parties agree that Clearlight Saunas UK Ltd. may store and use personal data for the purposes of administering this program in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6. Modifications and Termination

Clearlight Saunas UK Ltd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend Program at any time without notice. Any referrals made prior to the termination will be honoured in accordance with these Terms.
