Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all purchases made as part of the Clearlight Saunas UK Warehouse Sale.

1. All Sales Are Final (In-Person Purchases)

• All items purchased in person during the Clearlight UK Warehouse sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Our standard 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to these items.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Product Condition

Clearlight Warehouse Sale Items may include:

• Ex-display or demonstration units
• Refurbished or returned products
• Discontinued models
• Cosmetic seconds with minor marks, scratches, or blemishes

Each sauna is sold “as seen” or as described, and priced accordingly.

• Any known faults or defects (cosmetic or functional) will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
• Buyers will be provided with a written description and/or photos of the sauna’s condition.
• By completing the purchase, the buyer confirms they have reviewed and accepted the product’s condition.
• No further claims will be accepted regarding known or disclosed imperfections.

3. Warranty

Warehouse sale items come with an amended limited warranty that differs from our standard terms:

• Warranty coverage will vary per item and will be clearly stated at the point of sale.
• In most cases, warranty is reduced to 5 years, compared to our standard lifetime or extended warranty.
• Coverage applies to structural and functional components only.
• Cosmetic issues disclosed prior to sale (e.g. dents, scratches, discolouration) are excluded from warranty coverage.
• No further discounts, credits, or claims will be accepted in relation to pre-disclosed issues.
• Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.

4. Availability & Allocation

• Stock is strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities per customer.
• Items will not be held or reserved unless full payment has been received.

5. Pricing

• All prices reflect significant warehouse-level discounts and are final.
• No additional discount codes, promotional offers, or voucher redemptions apply unless explicitly stated.

6. Payment

All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, determined solely by receipt of full payment.

Interest, enquiries, or order placement without completed payment does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of availability.

Clearlight reserves the right to allocate stock to the first party whose payment is received in full, regardless of when enquiries or quotes were made.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit/debit cards
• Bank transfer
• Other approved payment systems

7. Shipping & Collection

• Standard delivery and installation to most UK mainland metro areas is included.
• For deliveries outside standard service areas, we will provide a tailored shipping quote.
• Alternatively, collection from our warehouse is available by appointment.
• Please allow for extended dispatch or delivery timeframes due to high sale volumes.

8. Liability

Clearlight Saunas UK accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or installation of discounted warehouse items.

Customers must ensure:

• Adequate indoor space for the unit.
• A level surface, proper ventilation, and appropriate electrical connections are available before installation.

9. Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to amend or cancel listings if errors are identified or if stock becomes unavailable.

In the event of cancellation by Clearlight, a full refund will be provided.

10. Condition Acknowledgement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have:

• Reviewed the condition description and/or images
• Accepted any known or disclosed defects
• Agreed to the sale terms and the amended warranty coverage
  

No further claims will be accepted in relation to previously disclosed issues.
